In Bengali, Dada means elder brother — not by birth, but by trust. Over 28 years of walking into complex enterprise problems, understanding industries from the inside, and building systems that outlast the people who commissioned them, clients and colleagues across India started using that word for me. It is not a title I gave myself. It is one I was given — and I carry it with some responsibility.
I am Raja Majumdar — Founder of Digisure Technologies, a Lucknow-based software company I have led since 1999. What started as a custom ERP venture has grown into a full-spectrum IT company serving large enterprises across manufacturing, agri-industrial, and service sectors.
My personal focus sits at the intersection of legacy modernization, API-first integration, and AI-enabled applications — particularly in environments where systems are already running, requirements keep evolving, and real-world constraints matter more than architectural perfection.
Beyond technology, I am a free thinker with a deep appreciation for Hindi and Urdu poetry — because a mind that only speaks in code eventually forgets how to feel.
